The practice will endeavour to comply with your request but it may not always be possible. If this were to be the case, an explanation will be offered. A standard appointment (10 minutes) is usually adequate to deal with most health issues. If you are making an appointment for a procedure, complex medical issue, centre link forms, or employment medical, please ask for a longer appointment. Please ensure a separate appointment is made for each family member.
We apologise if we do run late, every patient is a priority. We
try and manage all appointments as punctually as possible.
However, due to the nature of a Medical Practice, sometimes
emergencies arise or there may be delay. We regret any
inconvenience caused due to these delays and thankyou for your
patience. Please feel free to contact our surgery staff to
confirm whether your doctor is running on time before you arrive
for your appointment.
Should you no longer require your
appointment, please let us know with as much notice as possible
so appointments can be relocated. This practice does charge a fee
if you do not arrive for your appointments.
For urgent
cases, we will try to see you on the same day, but it is not
possible to guarantee which doctor you will see.
